Cas9 mRNA解决方案，涵盖野生型及SpyFi™高保真两种形式，旨在加速CRISPR基因编辑项目从早期研究向符合CGMP标准的临床开发转型。该联合方案结合了IDT在CRISPR基因工程与设计方面的专业知识，以及Aldevron在mRNA领域的规模化生产能力。新产品经过构建优化，具备靶向编辑效率高、脱靶风险低及细胞毒性小等特点，并兼容电穿孔及脂质纳米颗粒（LNP）等多种递送方式。此外，该产品采用了酶法加帽技术，为客户提供了无需承受复杂专利授权负担的高性能替代方案。作为系列合作的首款产品，双方计划在今年晚些时候进一步推出针对碱基编辑器（Base Editors）和引导编辑器（Prime Editors）的联合解决方案，持续完善从基因设计、分析到规模化生产的完整工作流。
