智通财经APP讯，驴迹科技(01745)发布公告，于2026年9月16日，公司拟向认购人配发及发行合共396万股认购股份，相当于本公告日期公司现有已发行股份约7.82%;及公司经配发及发行认购股份扩大后的已发行股份约7.26%。认购价为每股认购股份4港元，较9月16日收市价每股2.810港元溢价约42.35%。认购事项的所得款项总额预计约为1584万港元，所得款项净额预计约为1534万港元，拟用作为集团的长远发展及增长提供额外营运资金。具体而言，1000万港元拟用于新一代AI在线电子导览的制作，534万港元拟用于机器人项目增资。
