智通财经APP讯，上海莱士(002252.SZ)发布公告，公司在研产品“SR604注射液”于近日在国家药品监督管理局药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台公示了“血友病A/B患者出血发作的预防治疗”Ⅲ期临床试验登记信息，试验名称：评价SR604注射液在有或无抑制物的血友病A/B患者中预防治疗的有效性和安全性的单臂、多中心Ⅲ期临床试验试验目的：评价SR604注射液在有或无抑制物的血友病A/B患者中预防治疗的有效性。
基于前期SR604注射液在血友病A/B多剂量和给药周期的探索，公司本次开展针对血友病A/B患者出血发作的预防治疗适应症的Ⅲ期确证性临床研究，拟进行0.4mg/kg每4周给药1次的多次给药试验。该品种若研制成功，有望显著改善血友病A/B患者的用药体验。截至公告披露日，全球尚无与该药物同靶点的产品上市。
