【姚劲波违规减持万物云，套现超2亿港元】近日，港股上市公司万物云发布2026年中期报告，其中一则信息令58集团创始人姚劲波陷入合规争议的漩涡。报告指出，姚劲波所控制的58系公司在6月和7月多次违规减持万物云股票，直至清仓，合计套现约2.09亿港元。其中，其在2026年6月和7月多次出售万物云H股，均未按上市规则要求提前作出书面通知；7月20日至7月31日的交易更直接落入公司中报禁售期，构成双重违规。财报显示，姚劲波告知该公司，6月10日至6月29日期间，他所控制的58系公司在场内合共减持了674万股，交易价格介于16.03港元至20.70港元之间。7月20日至7月30日期间，其再次通过场内交易出售万物云511万股，成交价介于约16.62港元至约18.12港元。
