眼下正是黄金百香果成熟的季节，大坝镇水背村300亩黄金百香果在近日迎来采摘高峰，预计今年总产量可达100万斤。

在大坝镇水背村百香果种植基地，连片的藤蔓绿意盎然，一颗颗青中泛黄的黄金百香果挂满枝头，果香四溢。工人们穿梭在藤架间熟练采摘，一筐筐刚摘下的鲜果被迅速运往分拣中心，进行分级打包。

水背村百香果种植基地相关负责人介绍，今年我们种植面积达300亩，亩产量在3000斤左右，总产量预计可达100万斤。虽然今年雨水较多，但好在亩产量能够保持稳定。

黄金百香果因果皮金黄、汁多肉满、口感清甜，在市场上持续走俏，订单供不应求。基地采摘周期长，从夏秋持续至初冬，鲜果广受珠三角消费者青睐。

基地负责人还介绍，眼下正是果实采摘高峰期，采收工作将持续至12月，待气温转冷后采摘期便随之结束。当前果品市场供不应求，产品主要通过批发、零售等方式销往珠三角地区。这批果实采收结束后，我们将抢抓好天气开展除草作业。通过除草、松土，做好果树管护工作。

近年来，大坝镇水背村立足本地土地资源优势，大力发展特色果蔬种植产业，以黄金百香果产业为抓手，盘活土地资源，吸纳村民就近务工，把特色小果子做成富民大产业，持续助力乡村振兴。
