消息面上，自8月14日起的一个月内，STERLING GP连续出现多笔转仓、存仓异动，单笔占比最高达16.54%，涉及卓锐证券、永丰金证券、元大证券等多个券商席位。9月17日该股转仓规模进一步放大，单日转仓市值达7579.76万港元，占比22.89%，为期间单笔最高，股东向元大证券香港转入295.4万股，另有202.6万股从立桥证券转出。
STERLING GP是一间主要从事服装产品制造及贸易的投资控股公司。本月初，该公司发布配售公告，拟以每股6.8港元的价格配售最多829.44万股股份，较当日收盘价8.45港元折让约19.53%，预计募资净额约5590万港元，所得资金拟用于服装业务拓展及一般营运资金补充。
