智通财经APP讯，玖方数智(08238)发布公告，于2026年9月18日，公司拟向认购人(金汇资本控股有限公司)发行本金总额为1392万港元的可换股债券。于可换股债券按初步换股价每股换股股份0.2港元(可予调整)获悉数转换后，合共6960万股换股股份将予发行，相当于公司现有已发行股本当中约20%及经发行换股股份扩大的已发行股本当中约16.7%。认购事项所得款项净额将约为1390万港元。集团拟将发行可换股债券筹集的所得款项净额用作一般营运资金，当中包括：结算集团贸易应付账款及债务、北方区域中心的建设及营运开支、开发及升级现有AI营销系统、支付法律及专业费用、员工成本以及其他营运及一般行政开支。
