9月20日，浙江省财政厅披露2026年10月浙江省政府债券发行安排，10月浙江省拟发行390亿元地方债。

发行时间为10月下旬，新增债券共计225亿元，其中新增一般债券89亿元，债券期限为10年；特殊新增专项债136亿元，期限为10年、15年、20年。

再融资债券共计165亿元，其中再融资一般债券83亿元，期限为10年；再融资专项债82亿元，期限为3年、10年。

具体发行规模、债券期限以届时公布的发行文件为准。
