9月20日，县委书记梅兴秦以“四不两直”方式，深入杨村乡、张果屯镇、千口镇等地，调研水环境治理及安全生产等工作，县委常委、统战部部长李扬及县委办负责同志参加。
梅兴秦沿东三干渠、王落沟、永顺沟实地查看入河排污口整治情况，强调要落实“单车工作法”，持续加大排查整治力度，严厉打击违法排污行为，确保问题不反弹、成效可持续。相关乡镇要加快补齐污水处理基础设施短板，保障污水处理站点正常运行，抓实抓细农业面源污染治理，从源头上防范化解水污染风险，确保出境断面水质稳定达标。
调研途中，梅兴秦实地检查乡镇安全生产情况，要求认真落实“半天工作法”，用好“风险地图”，全面开展拉网式、地毯式排查整治，动真碰硬消除风险隐患，坚决把事故苗头消灭在萌芽状态。
