消息面上，9月18日，力勤资源正式开启申购，发行价格为21.23元/股，即将登陆深交所主板，这也标志着这家镍钴产业链企业先H后A的上市进程迎来新进展。据悉，力勤资源作为中国最大的镍矿贸易商，拥有长期稳定的核心上游资源供应，镍产品贸易量于2024年位居全球第一，在全球稳定运行的采用HPAL技术的湿法冶炼镍产品生产项目中排名第二。
招股意向书显示，受益于镍价回升、新建冶炼产能逐步释放，叠加下游市场需求持续扩张，力勤资源预计其2026年前三季度的营业收入为380亿元至420亿元，同比增长27.93%至41.40%；归母净利润为31.50亿元至32.50亿元，同比增长54.00%至58.89%。
