凤凰网财经讯9月16日，“凤凰湾区财经论坛2026”在广州举行。本届论坛由凤凰卫视、凤凰网主办，中国上市公司协会提供指导支持，以“新智能 新开放”为主题，汇聚政府代表、专家学者、企业领袖及投资界人士，共同探寻智能时代的产业新机遇与开放发展新路径。
林园投资董事长林园在圆桌对话中谈及AI行业的泡沫争议时，给出了辩证的判断：AI行业既是泡沫，也是起点。
林园提到，“一个行业要发展，没有泡沫不行，冷比热还麻烦，冷你一定发展不起来，热才是有人给你烘、给你托着，行业才能发展起来。”
在林园看来，这不是AI独有的现象，而是产业发展的普遍规律。从过去的工业革命到现在，所有新兴行业都是这么发展起来的，市场热度与资源聚集是行业起步的必要条件，没有泡沫的冷门行业反而很难推进。
他同时判断，当前AI行业确实处于牛市行情，资金、人才、政策都在向赛道倾斜，且目前还不是行业发展的高潮。泡沫伴随产业成长全程，是行业发展的必经阶段，而非单纯的风险信号。
