【华大九天：大基金拟减持不超1%公司股份】华大九天公告称，公司持股5%以上股东国家集成电路产业投资基金股份有限公司，计划自公告披露之日起十五个交易日后的三个月内，以集中竞价、大宗交易方式合计减持公司股份不超过547.87万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%。减持原因为自身经营管理需要，股份来源为首次公开发行前股份，减持价格按实施时市场价格及交易方式确定。本次减持不会导致公司控制权变更，不会对公司治理、股权结构及持续经营产生重大影响。
