【国芯科技：积极推进相关定制芯片服务项目的验收和交付】9月17日，在半年度业绩会上，国芯科技董事会秘书龚小刚介绍，截至6月末，公司合同负债达11.43亿元，较上年末增长23.38%，这些合同负债对应的是公司已承接的AI定制芯片等的设计及量产服务订单。目前，公司正在积极推进相关定制芯片服务项目的验收和交付，构建“RISC-V CPU+AI NPU+安全”的技术底座，扩展客户群。
