因相关信息尚未公开而要求匿名的知情人士称，土耳其财富基金通过国有券商Ziraat Portfoy管理的一只交易所交易工具买入股票，以提振伊斯坦布尔证交所30指数。该指数追踪土耳其规模最大的30家上市公司。其中一位知情人士表示，如果未来几天市场出现极端波动，该基金将继续入市干预。

Ziraat旗下追踪土耳其银行股和伊斯坦布尔证交所30指数的交易所交易基金周四吸引40.5亿里拉（8300万美元）资金流入，为2025年4月以来最多，并推动银行股大涨8.9%。
此前土耳其市场持续动荡，一些知名投资基金表示无法满足投资者的赎回要求。压力从8月开始逐渐累积，当时监管机构针对部分股票的异常波动采取行动，收紧了对集中持有自由流通股比例较低公司股票的基金的规定，迫使一些基金经理平仓。
