ChainCatcher 消息，CoinShares 在最新研报中指出，美联储政策转鹰与 CLARITY 法案受阻，是当前加密市场面临的两大短期压力。研报称，美联储认为通胀仍然过高，最新利率预测也不再显示 2027 年前存在降息空间，美元及短期美债收益率因此获得支撑。叠加伊朗冲突推高能源价格，年内再次加息的可能性上升。
CoinShares 认为，若通胀前景未明显改善，或货币政策预期未出现重大转变，BTC 年底前可能难以有效突破 80,000 美元。监管方面，CLARITY 法案的主要分歧仍集中在伦理条款，修订版最早可能于明年初重新推进。由于比特币的监管地位相对明确，法案受阻对其影响有限，以太坊及其他山寨币则面临更大的监管不确定性。
