ChainCatcher 消息，风险投资机构 Cosmos Ventures 宣布成立，Brendan McCord 与 Matt Mandel 推出规模 7760 万美元的 Fund I，将支持为 AI 时代创立机构的哲学家型建设者。McCord 为 Cosmos Institute 与 Cosmos Ventures 创始人，Mandel 来自 Union Square Ventures。该基金已投资 AIUC、Prime Intellect、Workshop Labs（已被 Thinking Machines 收购）及一家未公开教育公司，LP 包括 Reid Hoffman、Joe Liemandt、Stand Together、Fred Wilson、Micky Malka 与 Astera Institute。
Cosmos Ventures 表示，AI 是自美国建国以来最大的机构建设窗口，世界此前围绕智能与人类绑定的假设发展，AI 正在打破这一绑定，许多所需机构尚未建立。机构编码关于如何共同生活的理论，创始人须回答机器无法回答的规范性问题并成为哲学家型建设者。该机构提出 AI 时代口号 Condere aude，意为敢于创立。
