Epiminder (ASX:EPI) said its Detect US clinical study enrolled its 75th patient, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The recruitment is in line with expectations and the firm remains on track to enroll 210 patients by end of the first half of 2027, the firm's Chief Executive Rohan Hoare said.

The study is evaluating the Minder system as a tool to improve clinical decision-making for patients with epilepsy following an inconclusive prolonged electroencephalographic monitoring assessment.

The medical device company's shares rose nearly 2% in recent trading on Thursday.
