智通财经APP讯，TRUE PARTNER(08657)发布公告，萧月秋女士已辞任(i) 本公司的公司秘书;(ii)根据公司条例(香港法例第622章 )第 16部及香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)GEM证券上市规则第 24.05(2)条，代表本公司在香港接收法律程序文件及通知之本公司授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2026年9月18日起生效。除上述情况外，于本公告日期，根据GEM上市规则第5.24条委任之本公司授权代表维持不变。
继萧月秋女士辞任后，董事会宣布，梁颕娴女士获委任为公司秘书及法律程序文件代理人，自2026年9月18日起生效。
