9月15日至16日，副省长胡云在南充调研时强调，要深入贯彻党中央、国务院决策部署和省委、省政府工作要求，树立和践行正确政绩观，保持定力、稳中求进，锚定目标、精准施策，加力推动水利、文旅、养老事业高质量发展，确保实现“十五五”良好开局。
胡云先后前往南充市西充县、高坪区、顺庆区，调研水利工程建设、城乡供水、养老服务、文旅消费、景区改革等工作。
胡云强调，要严把水利工程建设质量与安全关口，加快推进城乡供水一体化建设和水权水价改革，筑牢区域水安全保障基础。要充分运用乡村资源优势，发挥数字平台赋能作用，积极推动宠旅融合等三产融合发展新业态，助力群众持续稳定增收。要健全社区养老服务体系建设，优化普惠养老服务供给，织密消防安全等防护网，搭建智慧养老服务平台，打造便捷暖心的“家门口”养老服务。要强化文旅发展顶层设计，立足文化特色和资源禀赋打造文旅消费新场景，积极盘活各类闲置低效资产，有序推进景区管理体制机制改革，推动景区提档升级、文旅产业提质增效。
