【华森制药：盐酸丁螺环酮片上市许可持有人变更完成】华森制药公告称，公司向远大医药有限公司转让盐酸丁螺环酮片中国上市许可持有所有权益，含药品注册证书、专利及技术资料等。近日，国家药监局已核准将该药品上市许可持有人由华森制药变更为远大医药，本次交易涉及的药品注册证书变更手续全部办理完毕。公司已收到部分转让款项，剩余款项将按协议约定的付款进度及条件陆续收取。本次交易短期内不会对公司经营业绩产生重大影响。
