Ventec International's Unit Leases Property for 26 Million Yuan; Shares Down 3%

Ventec International's (TPE:6672) subsidiary, Ventec Electronics (Suzhou), agreed to acquire the right to use a property in Kunshan City, China, from related party Kunshan Tengyang Metal Products for 26 million yuan, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The lease covers an area of around 20,000 square meters at a monthly rent of 470,000 yuan, with the lease running through Oct. 8, 2031.
The property is adjacent to the subsidiary's existing facilities and will be used to support production capacity expansion.
Shares of the PCB materials manufacturer were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
