商务部等8部门日前印发《促进智能家居消费行动方案》，进一步促进智能家居消费。
9月17日，商务部新闻发言人何亚东在例行发布会上介绍《行动方案》的主要内容时，给出了四个关键词。
第一个是“供需适配”。围绕居民日常起居、健康照护、家务清洁等高频生活场景，鼓励企业加强智能家居研发，发展定制式、订单式、预约式服务。
第二个是“互联互通”。加快落地智能家居互联互通等强制性国家标准，推动“单品智能”迈向“全屋智能”。
第三个是“银发友好”。引导企业简化智能家居产品操作，支持方言识别，强化安全防护，让老年群体更好地享受到科技进步带来的生活便捷。
第四个是“便民到家”。畅通废旧家居回收渠道，将家居焕新服务延伸到居民家门口，打通智能家居消费的“最后一公里”。
