【周天出席东盟地区论坛第三届城市应急搜救研讨会】9月17日至20日，东盟地区论坛第三届城市应急搜救研讨会在广西南宁举办，应急管理部副部长、国家消防救援局局长周天出席研讨会开幕式并致辞。周天表示，东盟地区论坛是亚太地区重要多边安全对话平台，本次城市应急搜救研讨会在广西南宁成功举办，为中国—东盟在应急管理、消防救援领域合作提供了新路径。中方将持续深化同东盟地区论坛各方合作，为筑牢中国—东盟命运共同体安全屏障贡献力量。期间，周天同东盟各国、东盟秘书处及各方代表共同见证中国—东盟灾害管理与救援合作中心推介仪式，助力双方合作实体化运行。会前，周天先后会见东盟秘书长高金洪，以及老挝、马来西亚、国际消防救援体育联合会代表团，并代表应急管理部与老挝公安部签署关于消防救援领域合作谅解备忘录。
