ChainCatcher 消息，Strategy 正借助大规模回购，把永续优先股 STRC 的价格重新推回 100 美元面值附近，以修复其比特币融资能力。7 月 20 日至 9 月 13 日期间，Strategy 共计回购 996 万股 STRC，耗资约 9.5 亿美元，占同期成交量的约 18%。
其中约 7.65 亿美元资金可追溯至 MSTR 普通股的出售，另有约 1.61 亿美元来自比特币减持。STRC 此前一度跌至约 70 美元，近期最高已回升至约 99 美元。分析人士认为，只有 STRC 价格接近或站上 100 美元面值，Strategy 才能较有效地重新发行该证券，并将募集资金用于购买比特币。不过，在 Strategy 收手减少回购之后，STRC 能否继续守在面值附近，目前仍是未知数。
