智通财经APP获悉，煜荣集团(01536)再涨超30%，两日累计暴涨逾2.4倍。截至发稿，涨29.7%，报0.655港元，成交额2420.28万港元。
消息面上，煜荣集团发布公告，本公司董事会已获本公司控股股东彩辉投资有限公司(彩辉)告知，其已于2026年9月8日至2026年9月15日期间出售合共1.76亿股本公司股份(股份)，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约38.54%。紧随股份出售后，彩辉持有1244.6万股股份，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约2.73%，因此不再为本公司的控股股东。
与此同时，董事会亦已获Hellobaby International Limited告知，其已于2026年9月15日按每股股份约0.454港元向彩辉购买1.32亿股股份，占本公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额29.00%，并已成为本公司的主要股东。本公司已获告知，Hellobaby International Limited及其最终实益拥有人均独立于彩辉或其联系人，且与之并无关连，亦非与之一致行动。
