到9月18日，国际油价已连续3日下跌：截至18日收盘，纽约商品交易所10月交货的轻质原油期货价格下跌1.61美元，收于每桶100.30美元，跌幅为1.58%；11月交货的伦敦布伦特原油期货价格下跌95美分，收于每桶103.87美元，跌幅为0.91%。

按照成品油的调价规则，下次油价调整将在9月24日24时进行。9月17日，周期统计第4个工作日，预计汽、柴油分别上调610元/吨和590元/吨。折算下来，92号汽油上涨0.49元/升，95号汽油上涨0.52元/升，0号柴油上涨0.5元/升。
