智通财经APP获悉，泉峰控股(02285)尾盘跌超5%，近五个交易日累计涨幅仍近30%。截至发稿，跌5.26%，报25.6港元，成交额1.18亿港元。
消息面上，创科实业前行政总裁Joseph Galli Jr已于9月10日加入泉峰控股出任新行政总裁，创办人潘龙泉将留任主席。汇丰认为，Galli在2008至2024年于创科任职期间，创科收入及净利润分别录得9.5%及27.7%的复合年增长率，相信其经验可为泉峰带来正面影响。
汇丰指出，将泉峰目标市盈率由11倍上调至14.3倍，较创科的24.6倍市盈率折让42%，并应用于2027年每股盈利预测29美仙，得出新目标价32.5港元。该行预期在新行政总裁领导下中期增长加快，下一个催化剂为Galli向投资者阐述未来增长及转型计划。
