　　凤凰网财经讯 9月16日，“凤凰湾区财经论坛2026”在广州举行。本届论坛由凤凰卫视、凤凰网主办，中国上市公司协会提供指导支持，以“新智能 新开放”为主题，汇聚政府代表、专家学者、企业领袖及投资界人士，共同探寻智能时代的产业新机遇与开放发展新路径。

　　中国政法大学教授、博士生导师刘纪鹏与林园投资董事长林园出席论坛圆桌对话，围绕“AI投资浪潮：真机遇在哪里”展开激烈交锋。

　　对于当下AI的投资，刘纪鹏表示，现在大家确实看法有分歧，“但我个人感觉，AI肯定不是凭空而来，不是泡沫，这是一场巨大产业革命的兴起。”

　　不过，刘纪鹏也表示，当下确实有些AI股票炒过头了，透支了未来。刘纪鹏提醒，这个时期要特别小心，要准确判断。

　　现场主持人随即捕捉到细节，坦言在刘纪鹏发言过程中，林园露出了意味深长的笑容，并就此提问，邀请林园分享自身对AI赛道的投资看法。

　　对此，林园直白阐述了自己的行业判断。他明确表示，当前AI行业已然处于牛市行情，市场资金、行业人才、相关政策资源均在向AI赛道倾斜，各类行业资源聚集效应持续凸显。

　　在林园看来，AI行业的资源聚集趋势不仅已经发生，且仍在持续推进中，他笃定判断，目前AI行业行情尚未抵达发展高潮，行业后续仍有较大发展空间。
