凤凰网财经讯 9月16日，“凤凰湾区财经论坛2026”在广州举行。本届论坛由凤凰卫视、凤凰网主办，中国上市公司协会提供指导支持，以“新智能 新开放”为主题，汇聚政府代表、专家学者、企业领袖及投资界人士，共同探寻智能时代的产业新机遇与开放发展新路径。
中国政法大学教授、博士生导师刘纪鹏在圆桌对话中提醒投资者，面对 AI 产业革命的市场热潮，投资不能只停留在炒概念的层面。
刘纪鹏表示，“你要是完全只盯着‘产业革命’这个概念，那就是鱼龙混杂、泥沙俱下，你跟着买肯定出问题。”
在刘纪鹏看来，当前全市场对 AI 是一场产业革命已经形成共识，但赛道共识不代表个股都有投资价值。当前 AI 板块已经出现明显分化，部分相关公司股价已经腰斩一半，盲目跟风概念炒作很容易落入这类陷阱。
他给出明确的判断标准：投资 AI 最终要落到企业基本面，有没有实打实的订单，是不是真有利润，应用落地的效果怎么样，这些都要心里有数。刘纪鹏强调，没有一劳永逸的 “懒人投资法”，哪怕认准了产业大方向，也一定要勤奋研究个股，才能在热潮中避开风险，把握住真正的机会。
