金吾财讯 | 制药巨头罗氏（RHHBY）旗下基因泰克（Genentech）宣布，其CD20/CD3双特异性抗体Lunsumio（mosunetuzumab）联合来那度胺（Lenalidomide，百时美施贵宝商用名Revlimid）的组合疗法，在治疗复发或难治性滤泡性淋巴瘤（FL）的后期III期CELESTIMO临床试验中达到主要终点。数据显示，相较于对照组（来那度胺联合美罗华Rituxan），Lunsumio联合疗法在无进展生存期（PFS）方面展现出具有统计学显著性与临床意义的改善，且安全性特征与单药组合已知风险一致。据悉，Lunsumio此前已基于加速批准/有条件上市许可在日本及欧美上市，用于三线及以上滤泡性淋巴瘤患者。罗氏计划在即将举行的学术会议上公布具体数据，并向全球卫生监管机构提交上市申请，进一步巩固其在血液肿瘤治疗领域的领先地位。
