ChainCatcher 消息，据《华尔街日报》报道，AI 算力基础设施初创公司 Crusoe 完成 39 亿美元 F 轮融资，投后估值约 309 亿美元。本轮融资由 Atreides Management、Valor Equity Partners 和穆巴达拉投资公司（Mubadala Investment）联合领投，Founders Fund、TPG 及卡塔尔投资局（QIA）等参投。
Crusoe 成立于 2018 年，早期曾为加密货币矿工提供服务，随后转向 AI 算力基础设施。此前耗时两年在美国得州阿比林建设大型 AI 数据中心，为 OpenAI 和微软提供算力。该公司目前正转向生产名为 “Spark” 的紧凑型数据中心，将预制设施装载至卡车，部署到拥有闲置电力的地点，以更快满足 AI 推理算力需求。
