智通财经APP讯，九泰数智(06918)发布公告，于2026年9月17日，公司拟向认购方(棉花田商务有限公司)发行本金总额为2100万港元的可换股债券。可换股债券按初步换股价每股换股股份0.12港元(可予调整)悉数转换后，将予发行合共1.75亿股换股股份，相当于公司现有已发行股本约20.00%及经发行换股股份扩大后的公司已发行股本约16.67%。认购事项的所得款额净额将为约2100万港元。集团拟将发行可换股债券所得款项净额用作偿还集团债务及用作一般营运资金，包括偿还员工成本、法律及专业费用、核数师薪酬、租金开支及其他营运开支。
