　　9月16日8时40分许，四川省阿坝州茂县叠溪镇石大关村发生一起滑坡，规模约80万立方米，造成国道213线局部阻断。因巡查排查到位、监测预警及时，提前组织避险转移、落实交通管控，避免了255人可能因灾伤亡，实现成功避险。

　　7月21日，茂县叠溪镇石大关村地质灾害监测员开展日常巡查时，发现川汶高速第九标段穆肃保隧道作业区上方山顶出现零星落石，并第一时间上报。接报后，茂县自然资源局迅速组织驻守技术人员前往核查，现场指导施工单位加密巡查监测、完善防灾避险预案。7月25日，该点位再次发生零星落石，茂县自然资源局及时指导施工单位安装裂缝计、地表位移计等6套自动化监测设备，开展24小时动态监测。

　　8月20日至24日，因该点位持续落石，驻守技术队伍通过监测数据研判坡体位移加剧、裂缝扩大，茂县自然资源局果断会同乡镇政府组织受威胁的45户139名群众和116名施工人员避险转移，同步对国道213线相关路段、施工便道实施交通管制。9月16日8时40分许，该点位发生大规模滑坡，但因前期巡查排查细致、监测预警精准、研判处置果断、人员转移彻底，未造成人员伤亡。
