Saratoga Investment said Henri Steenkamp, who serves as chief financial officer, chief compliance officer, treasurer and secretary, is stepping down.

Steenkamp will step down on Oct. 31 for health-related reasons, the business development company said Friday.

He will continue to support Saratoga in a consulting capacity and remain a board member. He will also stay on as chief financial officer of Saratoga's SBIC subsidiaries.

To succeed him, Rochelle Kracoff has been promoted to chief compliance officer and secretary. Christine Ramdihal was promoted to chief accounting officer and treasurer, and will serve as the company's principal financial officer.

James Soltesz was appointed investment manager and vice president of capital markets.

Kracoff has served as assistant chief compliance officer and treasury manager at Saratoga since 2021, following four years as compliance manager. Before joining Saratoga in 2017, she held legal and compliance roles at Visium Asset Management.

Ramdihal served as controller of Saratoga. Before joining Saratoga nearly a decade ago, she spent seven years in external audit roles at CBIZ and BDO.

Soltesz has been serving as an investment manager of Saratoga's investment advisor. In his expanded role, he will support Saratoga's overall balance sheet management.
