【经济日报：能源转型不是油气简单退出】国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发的《石油天然气发展“十五五”规划》，明确今后5年我国油气行业发展方向和重点工作。《规划》锚定保障能源安全和绿色低碳发展两大任务，对增强油气自主保障能力、推动油气与新能源融合发展、培育产业发展新动能作出系统部署，为加快建设现代油气产业体系提供重要指引。作为重要的基础能源和工业原料，油气既关乎国家能源安全，也关系到现代产业体系建设。当前，全球能源格局深刻调整，新型能源体系加快建设，国内油气勘探开发对象不断向深层、超深层、深水和非常规领域拓展，资源条件更加复杂，进一步挖掘资源潜力对技术能力提出了更高要求。只有持续突破资源认识、勘探开发和工程装备等技术瓶颈，才能把更多难发现、难动用的资源转化为现实生产能力，夯实国内油气供应基础。
