Aeluma said it is shifting its focus from early-stage R&D contracts with the government to scale and commercialization, citing a letter of intent with the Commerce Department signed in July for up to $30 million in Chips Act funding.
"Fiscal 2027 will focus on technology and product development, and expanding our customer engagements," Chief Executive Jonathan Klamkin said. "We are in discussions with several important prospective customers in the AI datacom industry, negotiating NRE agreements that could support our go-to-market strategy."
