ChainCatcher 消息，Galaxy Research 最新报告显示，继第一季度遇冷之后，加密货币风险投资活动在 2026 年第二季度出现回升。风险投资机构共向未上市的加密货币及区块链相关企业投入约 56 亿美元，涉及 384 笔交易。投资总额环比增长 31%，交易数量增长 10%，资金增长主要由后期融资推动。
新基金募集依然困难，第二季度仅有 5 支新的加密货币风险投资基金募集了约 39 亿美元，这是自 2019 年第四季度以来新成立基金数量最少的一个季度。按 2026 年上半年的投资节奏推算，全年投资额约为 200.37 亿美元；这一数字略低于 2025 年全年的 203 亿美元，但高于 2023 至 2024 年市场低迷期的大部分时间段。
在投资资金分配方面，后期阶段交易占据了约 77% 的份额，早期阶段交易占 15%，而种子轮及预种子轮交易则占剩余的 7%。总部位于美国的初创企业获得了 73.5% 的投资资金，并占据了全部 384 笔交易中的 39.1%。交易、交易所、投资及借贷类公司以约 35.23 亿美元居首，共 51 笔交易。
