9月19日消息，今日晚间，有网友在社交平台发帖表示，秦皇岛阿那亚突发大停电，园区多家酒店及主道路受到波及，逾3小时仍未恢复。

　　有网友表示，“现在已经停电三小时了还没来电。”还有人称，“在阿那亚，酒店都没有应急电，经理一直在说会给一个满意的答复，只能等着看了”“酒店还没有说怎么理赔”．．．．．．

　　对此，《BUG》栏目以消费者身份向阿那亚官方客服进行求证，对方表示，“是由于园区外线路故障，导致园区内部分区域停电，目前供电所还有园区工作人员已经在现场抓紧抢修，预计大概12点-1点可能会恢复。”

　　谈及住客关心的赔偿问题，阿那亚客服表示，“目前还没有具体的处理方案，我们会将相关反馈转达给酒店方面。”
