IT之家 9 月 20 日消息，阿里宣布为旗下千问 App 升级未成年人保护模式，在保留拍照答疑、AI 写作、翻译、深度研究等学习功能的同时，加强适龄内容回应、明确人机互动边界，并设置使用时长提醒，进一步便利青少年使用 AI。
阿里表示，家长可在千问 App 设置中开启未成年人模式，设置独立密码。开启后，App 仅保留拍照答疑、AI 写作、翻译、深度研究四项功能，对话记录与普通模式完全隔离，并限制第三方链接访问，降低不可控内容的接触风险。
同时，开启未成年人保护模式后，千问将加强对低俗、暴力等不适宜未成年人接触的内容的管理，并以符合未成年人认知特点的方式回应相关问题。与此同时，千问会对用户提出的模拟虚拟伴侣、虚拟亲属等拟亲密关系互动服务进行软性拒答，并提供正向引导，避免未成年人形成不良情感依赖。
当识别到极端情绪倾向时，千问将优先提供专业心理援助热线信息，引导其寻求专业或身边亲人的帮助。如用户在未成年人保护模式下连续使用超过 30 分钟，还会收到休息提示，以保护用户的身心健康。
