9月20日消息，昨日晚间，有网友在社交平台发帖称，秦皇岛阿那亚突发大停电，园区多家酒店及主道路受到波及，迅速引发热议。
对此，《BUG》栏目昨夜以消费者身份向阿那亚官方客服求证。对方表示，停电系园区外线路故障所致，导致园区内部分区域断电，目前供电所与园区工作人员已在现场加紧抢修。
有阿那亚酒店工作人员向《BUG》栏目透露，“直到今天早上4点左右才恢复供电。”另有住客在社交平台发帖表示，“阿那亚停了大概九个多小时的电，终于抢修好了。”
此外，有阿那亚安澜酒店住客透露，酒店方面已给出具体的方案：“我定的是两晚，前台说可以退还这两晚房费，或者退一晚房钱再给一张房券，截止跨年前都可以用。”
至于阿那亚官方的赔偿处理方案，阿那亚官方客服今日向《BUG》栏目表示，“目前还没有具体的赔偿方案同步给到我们。”
