IT之家 9 月 20 日消息，据汽车媒体 CarBuzz 昨天报道，美国政府对电动汽车的立场十分矛盾。一方面，共和党上台后取消了电车税收优惠，采用更加宽松的排放标准。另一方面，美伊冲突迫使普通人重新考虑电车。
据报道，中东局势使燃油价格受到严重冲击。美国加油站的柴油价格已经大幅超过 6 美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 40.3 元人民币）/加仑、普通汽油价格略高于 4.30 美元（现汇率约合 28.9 元人民币）/加仑。约等于柴油 1.59 美元（现汇率约合 10.7 元人民币）/升，汽油 1.14 美元（现汇率约合 7.7 元人民币）/升。
据 Here Technologies 与 SBD Automotive 联合开展的最新研究，目前有 56% 美国车主正在考虑购买电动汽车。而在 2025 年，这一数字仅有 10%。
同时在去年，仅有 28% 的人认为电动汽车充电设施足够使用；到了如今，该比例已经上升至 47%。另有 85% 电车车主认为，目前的充电设施已经可以满足需求。
美国政府此前几乎是和电动车普及作对，但中东局势爆发后，电动汽车反而在无意中普及，这种反差多少有些讽刺。然而高昂的燃油价格正在给美国人民带来沉重财务负担，这种情况下人们寻找更便宜的出行方案完全可以理解。
