化隆回族自治县自然资源局与化隆回族自治县气象局联合发布地质灾害气象风险预警：依据前期降水情况及未来24小时降水预报，结合降水落区重叠和地质灾害易发程度，2026年09月19日20时至09月20日20时，化隆回族自治县地质灾害气象风险预警等级为Ⅳ 级（蓝色预警），气象因素致地质灾害发生有一定风险。请结合预警信息，密切关注降水情况，做好预警区内受威胁群众避险转移等地质灾害防范工作,严防重点地质灾害危险区内已避险转移群众擅自回流。
防御指南：
1.政府及有关部门按照应急预案做好地质灾害防御工作。
2.请社会公众及时关注地质灾害气象风险预警信息，谨慎前往地质灾害预警区域。
3.蓝色预警区内人员，请随时关注预警信息变化，注意附近警示标志，避免在沟谷、斜坡、陡崖（坎）等高风险地带逗留。
