ChainCatcher 消息，资产管理公司 VanEck 在周五发布的十大数字资产财库公司高管薪酬报告中，将日本比特币财库公司 Metaplanet 的薪酬结构评为“差”，使其成为唯一落入最低评级的公司。报告显示，Metaplanet 股权计划相当于完全稀释后股份的 14.7%，高管风险敞口为 8.2%，约为其余九家公司 0.8% 平均水平的 10 倍，股权计划规模也接近同业平均水平的 4 倍。

作为对比，最大企业比特币持有者 Strategy 的股权计划仅占完全稀释股份的 2%，高管风险敞口为 0.5%，薪酬结构获评“良好”。Metaplanet 目前以 43,000 枚 BTC 位列公开上市公司比特币持有量第三。VanEck 指出，差距部分源于 Metaplanet 此前的薪酬机制：期权池在公司发行股份购买比特币时会自动扩大，由此从 4600 万股膨胀至 3.195 亿股，新增约 2.73 亿股潜在股份，此举当时引发股东批评。

Metaplanet 已于 8 月终止自动调整机制，并于 9 月将期权池削减 41% 至 1.882 亿股，但 VanEck 认为这些调整仍“远未达标”，呼吁其撤销约 2.73 亿股的扩张，以股东批准的薪酬计划取而代之，同时建议高管薪酬与每股完全稀释股份对应的比特币数量挂钩，并采用书面授予时间政策。
