智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)涨幅扩大逾近12%。消息面上，9月17日，迈富时发布公告，本公司与认购人订立认购协议，据此，本公司有条件同意配发及发行，而认购人有条件同意认购983.28万股股份，认购价为每股50.85港元。本集团计划将认购事项所得款项净额100%用于全栈Token工厂扩建和优化，旨在降低单位Token成本、提升回应效率，进一步提高AI应用的投入产出比。
值得关注的是，迈富时此前在中季报披露，上半年员工总数同比增长13.8%至1,893人，总收入同比增长111.2%，人效比较去年同期增长85.6%。人员扩张明显慢于收入增长，企业智能体带来的组织效率价值开始在经营指标中显现。同时，费用结构也呈现相同方向。上半年，集团销售费率为11.4%，管理费率为4.6%，同比均下降5.6个百分点；研发费率为16.6%。公司销售与管理环节释放的效率空间，正在进一步投向智能体平台、知识治理和重点场景产品。
