新浪科技讯 9月18日下午消息，在今日举办的2026科技创变者大会上，微亿智造董事长兼CEO张志琦表示当前行业内可能有80%以上的项目始终停留在POC阶段，难以真正落地。他援引IDC对数百家工业企业的调研称，企业最关心的并非技术领先性，而是机器人的稳定性、可靠性，以及“账能不能算过来”。
他分析了三个核心落地障碍：一是节拍问题，工业现场工位节拍以秒甚至几分之一秒计算，实验室中慢速演示的方案在工业现场无法成立；二是人形本体制造成本高、关节数量多，回款周期长，原型项目可行但规模化复制时企业不愿买单；三是真实工厂的异常情况远多于实验室场景，需要体系化工程打磨。
此外，张志琦提到，工业现场第一天就不能依赖云端推理，应采用云边端架构，模型在边端运行；同时需要人机协同策略，模型在能力边界内自主执行，超出边界时自动报警由人介入，类似自动驾驶中人类监管的模式。
