消息面上，芯碁微装董事长程卓近期在半年度业绩会上表示，在AI服务器、高速光模块等需求拉动下，芯碁微装在手订单充足。程卓表示，公司高阶PCB产品（HDI、高多层、IC载板/类载板）排产饱满，叠加二期基地产能于下半年完整释放、一、二期协同运行，公司将继续通过扩产提效保障在手订单加快交付。
国金证券此前指出，25Q3投产的二期基地在 26H1 进入产能爬坡阶段，整体设计产能达一期的2倍以上，提前锁定长交期核心光学与运动控制零部件，上半年全周期产能利用率维持高位运行。此外，公司 WLP2000晶圆级直写光刻设备已批量供货国内头部封测企业，通过头部厂商CoWoS-L 产线可靠性验证、并获得重复批量订单。
