金吾财讯 | 工业和信息化部、国家发展改革委等十部门联合发布《医药工业发展“十五五”规划》。《规划》提出到2030年的发展目标：生物医药研发应用稳居世界前列，创新驱动效能充分释放，重点领域关键核心技术实现系统性突破，生物医药产业加速成为国家新兴支柱产业。同时，《规划》围绕产业规模效益、创新发展、企业培育与集群发展等方面提出规模以上医药工业企业营业收入、研发投入强度、创新药械上市数量、龙头企业与千亿级园区培育等10项预期性指标。具体包括：产业规模效益稳步提升，规模以上医药工业企业营业收入超过3.5万亿元，创新药产业规模增速年均达到20%以上，全球年销售额超10亿美元的品种数量达到5个以上；创新发展持续突破，医药工业上市企业平均研发投入强度年均达到10%以上，首次开展临床试验在研新药研发管线数量和创新药上市数量位居世界前列，首创新药（FIC）占全球比例达到25%以上，创新医疗器械上市数量达到200个以上；企业培育和集群发展迈上新台阶，年营业收入超过100亿元的医药工业企业数量达到50家，千亿级医药产业园区数量达到20个。
