路透9月17日 - 全球最大个人电脑制造商联想0992.HK周四向加利福尼亚州一家法院申请撤回对竞争对手华硕2357.TW提起的诉讼。此前，联想指控华硕笔记本电脑侵犯其多项专利。
联想请求法院以“有偏见驳回(with prejudice )”的方式结案，这意味着不得再次提起该诉讼。
两家公司发言人暂未回应置评请求。
联想在2023年提起的诉讼中称，台湾华硕的Zenbook系列笔记本电脑侵犯了其四项专利，涉及无线通信、对角线触控板滚动等技术。
联想表示，华硕的Zenbook Pro和Zenbook Flip 14笔记本电脑中存在侵权技术。
联想要求赔偿未具体说明金额的经济损失，包括利润损失和专利使用费，并请求法院下达永久禁令，禁止被指控的侵权行为。
该法院于2024年暂停审理此案，以待联想在美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)对华硕提起的一项相关专利诉讼案的结果。
美国国际贸易委员会去年作出了有利于华硕的裁决。联想已于8月撤回了对ITC裁决的上诉。
