美国一边对中国AI严防死守，另一边，自己的政府网站却悄悄用上了阿里巴巴的Qwen。
据路透社9月18日报道，美国《联邦公报》网站此前上线了一项由Qwen驱动的搜索功能，可以帮用户查询拟议中的联邦法规和公众评论。这个网站还是美国国家档案和记录管理局运营的。
Qwen被网友发现没多久，这项搜索功能就迅速消失了。路透查看网站截图和存档代码后发现，它下线的时间，基本就和社交媒体开始讨论这件事撞在了一起。至于为什么会用、又为什么突然撤，美国国家档案馆和白宫都没有回应。
美国信息技术与创新基金会主席丹尼尔·卡斯特罗（Daniel Castro）指出，一边是中美之间围绕先进AI模型展开竞争，一边却有美国政府机构选择使用中国AI模型，两者之间存在明显矛盾。他甚至形容，这是自己见过“最不可思议的事情之一”。
让这件事更显微妙的，是美国政府此前一直在强调对中国AI模型的依赖风险。结果话音未落，美国政府网站已经用上中国AI了，这大概是AI时代一种新型的尴尬。
