Xunce Technology, GP Capital Sign MOU on AI, Tokenization Cooperation; Shares Gain 3%

Shenzhen Xunce Technology (HKG:3317) has signed a memorandum of understanding with GP Capital to explore cooperation on AI-native and token-based investment ecosystems, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The companies will explore using Xunce's TokenOS data infrastructure for investment research and portfolio management, including data governance, industry datasets, small models, and AI agents.
GP Capital, a strategic holding entity within Shanghai International Group, manages more than 70 billion yuan of funds and has invested in over 600 technology startups, the filing said.
Shares of Xunce Technology were up nearly 3% in Friday morning trading.
